The psalmist believed by living according to God’s Word a young man could keep his way pure (v. 9). And by hiding God’s Word in his heart he could keep from sinning (v. 11).

Something to experience

We can do as the psalmist and meditate on God’s precepts; consider His ways; and delight in His statutes so we will not forget His Word (v. 15-16).

Psalm 119:9 How can a young man keep his way pure?  By living according to Your world.

Psalm 119: 11 I have hidden Your word in my heart, that I might not sin against You.

Psalm 119:15-16 15 I will meditate on Your precepts, and consider Your ways.  16 I will delight myself in Your statutes.  I will not forget Your word.
