“The following are verses from the Psalms that were referenced in this week’s Hosea postings.  Consider reading them and then either praying aloud or recording what you glean from the verses.” <>< Dona

Psalm 10:14 World English Bible (WEB) But you do see trouble and grief. You consider it to take it into Your hand.  You help the victim and the fatherless.

My Prayer: Lord, thank You for watching over us and taking care of us, especially those who have been victimized and are fatherless.

Psalm 91:1-4 World English Bible (WEB) He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”  For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.  He will cover you with his feathers.  Under his wings you will take refuge.  His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.

My prayer: Lord, I pray we will dwell and rest with You.  Thank Your being our Refuge and our Fortress, our God who we can trust.  Lord, I ask You to deliver us from the enemy’s traps. Lord, I ask You to deliver us from dangerous situations.  Lord, thank You for Your faithfulness being our shield and rampart.
