Oh! Wow! Lord everyone is important to You.

Something to think about

God is so thoughtful, so kind, so considerate.  God is concerned about newlyweds and the poor in Deuteronomy 24: 5, 19-21.

Something to experience

Is there anyone in your sphere of influence that you could be thoughtful, kind or considerate to that fit one of the categories – newlywed or poor? (F.Y.I. Being poor encompasses more than money.  For example we can have poor health – in body, mind and/or spirit.)

Lord even if we don’t know exactly what someone’s situation is, I pray you will reveal to us if there is anything You what us to do for them (Psalm 72:13; Mark 10:21).  Lord I pray we will not draw attention to ourselves when we give to others (Matthew 6:2).  Lord help us to build each other up spiritually (Romans 14:19; James 2:5). Lord I pray we will encourage others (I Corinthians 8:1).  Lord I pray we will strive to excel in ways that build up the church (I Corinthians 14:12).  Lord thank You for fully equipping and perfecting us, Your children for works of service, to build up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12).  In His name I pray.  AMEN.
