Please read Genesis 46 through 50: And look for and record any “Oh Wow!” moments you discover even if I’ve not recorded them on this website. If you have time share them with me.

Genesis 46:1-4.

Response: “Oh! Wow!” Lord I am so grateful that You spoke to Jacob and that You are still speaking to us.

Something to think about:  God speaks to us in many ways.  God speaks to us through His Word, through other people, through circumstances, in our heart and even aloud.

Prayer: Lord thank You for Your Word (Psalm 106:12). Lord thank You for sending others to share the good news of peace and salvation (Isaiah 52:7). Lord thank You for sending us into the world to share the gospel message with and give comfort to all creation in whatever circumstance we find them (Mark 16:15, II Corinthians 1:4).  Lord thank You for speaking Your Word into our heart (I John 2:5). Lord thank You for speaking aloud when we may not hear Your still quiet voice in our heart (Psalm 50:1, I Kings 19:12-15). In Christ Jesus’ name I pray.  AMEN.

Genesis 50:15-21.

Response: “Oh! Wow!” Lord Joseph recognized that You worked through the situations he experienced in his life.  You worked it together for good. You saved many people who would have starved if not for the situations Joseph went through.

Something to think about:  Are there any situations in your life that you’ve held on to and not let God manage for you? Perhaps today is the day to let go and let God work in them.

Prayer: Lord I pray we will not conform to this world.  I pray we will be transformed and progressively changed by the renewing of our mind.   I pray we will focus on godly values and ethical attitudes so we may prove what Your will is for us.  Lord You are the only one who has a good, acceptable and perfect plan for our life.  Please reveal to us the purpose You have for our life (Romans 12:2).  In Christ Jesus’ name I pray.  AMEN.

I pray you will experience a wonderful, God-filled, oh! wow! day.
